Add Remove Programs Has Long Black Bar

If you have a long black bar separating 2 entries in the add and remove programs - here is the repair procedure.
 

Go to Start/Run Regedit and navigate to this key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall

Locate entries for programs you are certain you have uninstalled and delete the keys.  AutoCAD and a few game programs typically cause this type of behavior in add remove programs.

Go to Start/Run sfc /scannow
