go to add / remove programs under the control panel and remove
all antispyware, antivirus and registry cleaners. (no exceptions)

If add / remove is non functional use 1-9 info below.

1) avast uninstall: click here
2) avg uninstall: click here
3) bitdefender uninstall: click here
4) ca uninstall: click here
5) kaspersky uninstall: click here
6) mcafee uninstall: click here
7) panda uninstall: click here
8) symantic norton uninstall: click here
9) trend micro uninstall: click here

remove all antivirus and antispyware software
and then proceed to next steps.

1. empty the ie cache and empty the recycle bin
2. go to - start run and type prefetch
3. delete everything in prefetch (ctrl a) (delete)
4. go to internet explorer tools - programs - manage add-ons (disable all)
5. go to internet explorer tools - internet options - delete cookies - delete files
6. toggle show hidden files
7. run ccleaner click the run cleaner button
8. click issues button - scan for issues - fix issues
9. download to desktop combofix  &  vundofix & smitfraudfix

REBOOT TO SAFE MODE WITH NETWORKING

1. open www.clickanerd.com/nerd/killbox.exe
2. go to c:\windows\system32 in the explorer shell
3. sort by date modified and find any .dll file with the current date
4. set kill box to end explorer shell and delete .dll's (with no valid signature)
5. if the .dll fails to delete - select delete on reboot and hit delete again
6. the machine will reboot and go place itself in safe mode and delete the .dll
7. when the machine reboots run www.clickanerd.com/nerd/toolbarcop.exe
8. under the object type column - select everything and delete
9. run from - desktop combofix  &  vundofix  &  smitfraudfix
 

1. start run prefetch - ctrl (a) delete all empty garbage   empty IE
2. go to services.msc
3. shutoff the automatic updates stop and disable service
4. run this script www.clickanerd.com/scripts/wuoff.reg
5. if the task manager is off www.clickanerd.com/scripts/taskmanageron.reg
6. clean contents - c:\windows\downloaded installations
7. clean contents - c:\windows\downloaded program files
8. start run prefetch - ctrl (a) delete all empty garbage   empty IE
