If you are running into banking websites like Chase, that require TLS 1.3.  Here is the fix.

1) Install Win7 Nag Remove to the registry.
2) Download Win7 SSL fix and extract.
3) Install WIN7-64-SSL-FIX.msu if needed.
4) Install WIN7-SSL-FIX.reg to the registry.
5) Install WIN7-FOREVER-BROWSER.exe.
6) Reboot computer and log back in.
7) Test your SSL at howsmyssl.com.
