Operating Hours & Appointment Scheduling
Normal business hours and available appointment times are posted at book.clickanerd.com. Appointments are scheduled in 15-minute time slots and must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and no more than 14 days in advance. Online booking is always available; technician access and response times depend on your service plan as described below.
Booking Fees & Appointment Changes
Booking fees are never refundable under any circumstances.
Appointment time changes are not permitted. A different appointment time requires a new booking and payment of a new booking fee.
Small Business Managed Service — $100.00 or More per Month
Any client paying $100.00 or more per month for a monthly managed service plan is classified as a Small Business Managed Service client. These clients receive priority access to a technician and may send service requests or questions by SMS 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Requests will be addressed immediately or within 1 hour of receipt, including outside normal business hours.
Residential Remote Service Clients — Legacy Plan
Residential Remote Service clients are enrolled under a legacy service plan. Continued eligibility is subject to maintaining a credit card in good standing. Renewal of this legacy plan is solely at ClickaNerd's discretion; prior enrollment does not guarantee renewal or continued availability.
Residential Remote Service clients must book appointments online at book.clickanerd.com and pay the $65.00 booking fee to request remote repair service. For a repair covered by this legacy plan, the booking fee also caps the client's total repair charge at $65.00, including that booking fee, rather than the standard $260.00 per hour repair rate.
Questions or problems will be addressed within 1 business hour, counted only during the normal business hours posted at book.clickanerd.com. For requests received outside those hours, the response window begins when normal business hours resume.
Clients Without a Monthly Plan & New Customers
Anyone without a monthly service plan must schedule an appointment at book.clickanerd.com to receive service. Anyone who is not in the ClickaNerd customer database must book a paid appointment before receiving a response to a service request or question. Requests from individuals who are not in our database will not receive a response without a paid appointment.
Remote Support & Session Records
ClickaNerd uses professional remote support tools to provide diagnostics, troubleshooting, repair assistance, and service verification.
Remote session records and related service logs are processed through enterprise infrastructure, and stored on servers at Bahnhofsplatz 2, 73033 Göppingen, Germany.
- Remote access is used for customer support and approved service work.
- Session records may be kept for service verification, security, billing, or compliance.
- Records are handled with reasonable care and limited retention practices.
AI-Assisted Workflows
AI tools do not make final service decisions. Final judgment, customer communication, repair decisions, and business actions remain under human supervision.
ClickaNerd uses limited-retention practices where practical and avoids unnecessary storage of customer information in AI-assisted workflows.
Forensic Services
Forensic service work is billed at $260 per hour. A retainer may be required before evidence preservation, acquisition, analysis, or investigative handling begins.
Certain matters may carry legal reporting obligations, including mandatory reporting rules under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A where applicable.

SMS & 10DLC Messaging Compliance
ClickaNerd uses SMS messaging for customer notifications, appointment confirmations, service updates, and related transactional communications.
- Customer-initiated opt-in may be required.
- Messaging is used for service-related communication only.
- STOP requests are honored where supported by the carrier platform.
- Anti-spam and abuse controls may be used to protect customers and systems.
Website Development, Design Approval & Change Orders
Initial Website Design and Approval
Once ClickaNerd and the client agree upon the original website design, layout, functionality, development scope, and applicable pricing, the agreed-upon development and monthly hosting charges shall remain fixed, subject to the terms of the approved service agreement.
Upon completion of the initial website design and layout, the client shall have an opportunity to review and formally approve the design. Written approval, including approval by email or other documented electronic communication, constitutes acceptance of the original design and layout.
Seven (7) Day Post-Approval Revision Period
Following the client's approval of the original website design and layout, the client has seven (7) consecutive calendar days from the date of approval to submit revision, modification, correction, or adjustment requests within the originally agreed-upon website development scope.
Qualifying revisions requested within this period are covered by the original website development pricing plan without additional design or development labor charges, provided they do not materially alter the approved design, functionality, project scope, or technical requirements.
Additional pages, new functionality, substantial redesigns, third-party integrations, or work outside the original agreement may incur additional charges regardless of when requested.
Expiration of Revision Period and Standard Hourly Charges
At that time, the original development pricing plan is considered completed and closed for included design revisions. New requests are subject to ClickaNerd's standard appointment booking procedures, scheduling availability, and applicable booking fees.
Client Acknowledgment and Authorization
By approving the original website design and layout, the client acknowledges that:
- The seven-day revision period begins on the date of documented design approval.
- Included revision requests must be submitted within that period and remain within the original agreed-upon scope.
- Unused revision time does not extend, accumulate, or carry forward.
- After the period expires, additional work requires a new service booking or change order at $260.00 USD per hour.
- ClickaNerd will identify applicable additional charges and obtain client authorization before commencing separately billable change-order work.
Monthly Website Hosting
Monthly website hosting fees are separate from website design, development, revisions, and change-order services. Recurring hosting charges do not include ongoing redesign, content modifications, programming changes, or additional development unless expressly included in a separate written agreement.

ClickaNerd maintains professional relationships with agencies in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia, operating under strict confidentiality, security, and compliance requirements.
Jurisdiction, Venue & Service of Process
By accessing, using, purchasing from, registering with, or otherwise contracting with Shawn Richeson d/b/a Click a Nerd , whether electronically, verbally, in writing, or by conduct, each individual, business, governmental entity, or other organization irrevocably agrees that the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute, claim, demand, action, proceeding, or cause of action arising from or relating to any products, services, software, websites, communications, invoices, subscriptions, agreements, or business relationship shall be exclusively in the state courts of Bell County, Texas. Any matter falling within federal jurisdiction shall be brought exclusively in the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas.
This Jurisdiction and Venue provision is a material condition of every transaction with Shawn Richeson d/b/a Click a Nerd and shall control over any inconsistent or conflicting clickwrap agreement, browsewrap agreement, online Terms of Service, electronic acceptance, purchase order, procurement portal, vendor registration, marketplace agreement, platform policy, automated contract, or other standard-form agreement unless expressly modified by a written agreement personally executed by Shawn Richeson.
Consent to Jurisdiction. Each party knowingly, voluntarily, and irrevocably submits to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Bell County, Texas, and waives any objection to the exercise of such jurisdiction.
Waiver of Venue Objections. Each party irrevocably waives any objection based upon improper venue, lack of personal jurisdiction, forum non conveniens, inconvenience of forum, or any request to transfer, consolidate, or remove any proceeding to another jurisdiction except where removal is expressly authorized under applicable federal law.
Service of Process & Legal Notices
All subpoenas, legal notices, demands, preservation requests,
pre-suit correspondence, and service of process shall be directed to:
